You’re never too old  (to go cycling)

CTV has a couple of recent videos about older people who do an impressive amount of cycling.

One is about 81 year old Ian Brown who rides up to 350 kilometres a week on his road bike. The other is about a group of grandmothers who are cycling 270 km in 3 days to raise funds for AIDS orphans in Africa.

To view the videos,  go to the link below, and under “CTV News Video Player” click on
“Sept. 16, 2011: Ian Brown”  and  “Sept. 9, 2011: Grassroot Grannies”.
