You’re never too old (to go cycling)
CTV has a couple of recent videos about older people who do an impressive amount of cycling.
One is about 81 year old Ian Brown who rides up to 350 kilometres a week on his road bike. The other is about a group of grandmothers who are cycling 270 km in 3 days to raise funds for AIDS orphans in Africa.
