We are putting on a 12-week class for cyclists with the target of toning up during the off season. Pilates is useful for cyclists at working both upper and lower body strength and conditioning. Focus on areas such as the core, abdominals, keeping muscles toned such as legs, calves, working on dynamic posture to provide a more comfortable and smooth ride. Work on endurance and flexibility is also provided.
We would like to offer a discount on the cost of the class purchased before Dec. 31, 2011.
